This was not my first order but I was disappointed with the condition and amount of the flowers when they arrived. Some were slightly wilted with browning on the leaves. This will not deter me from ordering in the future from this company
I have been using FTD for years, but their prices have really gone up, while the fullness of their bouquets has gone down. So I did some shopping for this occasion. What really caught my eye on your site was the fact that CBS placed a trial order for roses through several flower sites, yours and FTD's included, and picked YOU as their favorite for price and their award for "final product was closest to photo depiction on the site." Those two categories alone clinched it for me. Since I live in Maryland and my family lives in California, I have to rely heavily on the images for each of the products as presented online. My sister took a picture of my smiling 92-year-old Mom holding the bouquet you delivered, and it was a smile of happiness, I can assure you. Thanks!

It would had be better to talk to person. The flower that order was not what I order! I didn't order pink lily and the order was fill with them.
The price changed when I did my final review which was a surprise. Knowing the handling fee before you get to the cart would eliminate unexpected surprises. The delivery and product however were great.
I've used u twice before and was extremely happy. I will continue to use ur services this time I did actually see the arrangement and it was beautiful and delivery was very prompt. I loved how I heard about my supervisor's loss early in the afternoon and that only a few hours later her arrangement was on her desk. While others were still deciding on which florist to use and who would pick up a card, it was nice because of ur prompt service a little bit of color and cheer was there for her. Coworkers remarked that next time they will definitely use u too.
