The flowers were top notch and she got 10 roses in there (yay), but I did expect more little Flowers around the big main flowers. The vase was different than pictured, but we liked it better!

This flower arrangement was ordered for my 87 year old mom for her birthday. It arrived on time, and is on display in her family room where she spends most of her time. She loves it and cannot believe that the arrangement has lasted for over two weeks, and looks almost exactly as it did the day of delivery. Satisfied customer. Thank you for brightening my mom's day.
Ordered flowers to be delivered on Friday however recepiant did not get until Saturday. Driver left note on door never tried to ring bell but sent email saying order was delivered.
Called customer service they were of little help. Will not order from this company again!

The 14.99 shipping fee was a surprise & the product was incorrect and they never made it right. They did eventually (after 3 phone calls) credit me for the purchase since they sent wrong item and could not deliver what I ordered by the time of my event. Disappointing - won't be back.

The only issue I have is with the delivery cost and the fact that it doesn't come up until the final screen where one pays. Since it often nearly doubles the total cost, I would be much happier if it was reflected earlier in the process. All that aside, I have always been happy with the arrangements that have been delivered and the promptness of delivery.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
