There seem to be unnecessary added charges that you're told about once you get to the final page. I haven't seen charges like this on other sites and most likely will never purchase from this site again.
I tried several "savings" codes and all brought me to about the same place. This felt like "bait and switch". Why not be clear with total up front? I felt cheated, even though I've used FYF before and have been happy with product/service.

The overall experience was good however, would have preferred the container shown on display (square) as their taste is modern. The simplicity of the flowers and the container were the reason I chose the arrangement.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
