Good bouqets to choose from. Shopping was easy and convenient.
The flowers that were delivered were 1/2 dead and the sunflowers had mold growing on them. Called the delivery store (Buehler's) and they would have liked to have seen the flowers before they were thrown out. The replacement flowers were only 1/2 of the original bunch. It made my 87 year old Aunt unhappy that someone would doubt her word. I will not order again from you due to this incident.
As this was delivered for a funeral, I am not sure on delivery or what was actually delivered. I do however know that it was received on the day that was requested and was told it was very nice.
I was completely unaware that the arrangement was being sent in box form. That has never happened before. I will not order from this site again. The order was for a family in bereavement, and I was embarrassed when they informed me the arrangement was delivered in a box. Never again!
