I was just annoyed at the price of the arrangements on the search page, which went up $10 when clicking on them individually. You should advertise the pictured arrangement at the actual price. If you're picturing deluxe, then show the deluxe price on the search page. Also annoyed, but not surprised, at the $14.99 fee right at the end. That would have been nice to know before the very last step. Because of these reason, I'll be really slow ordering flowers again.
After the flowers were delivered, my mom sent me a picture. The arrangement looked a LOT different from what was pictured online. I picked that arrangement because that's what I wanted. Not something else.

Value excellent. Got a delivery confirmation via e-mail at 2:30pm but the flowers did not arrive until after 6pm. How can you confirm delivery at 2:30pm when they were not delivered at that time. Prices very reasonable but should not send out delivery confirmation until delivered!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
