Ordered from FromYouFlowers.com for the first time and I must say, I was very pleased with the flowers they sent to my friend. I was skeptical because I had never ordered flowers online before, but will definitely do it again! They indicated the flowers would be delivered the same day I ordered and they were! Very pleased!
I am very satisfied overall -especially with the same day delivery. However I specifically advised the delivery team that the flowers were to be delivered to the third floor above the dentist office. Instead the delivery person called the recipient and said he'd been ringing the doorbell for 'an hour and a half', which I am sure is an exaggeration, and also the phone number was available to call, so I am annoyed that this occurred.
Experience was good initially, website is very user friendly. It would be even better if you offered peeled fruit arrangements as well. The disappointment came after the arrangement was delivered, and I realized that half of what was included in the display was not in the basket when it arrived for that much money Needed to say, the time of the day the delivery was done was not pleasing.
Would love for shipping and handling costs to be incorporated into the cost shown per bouquet. It would enable me to get a better idea of what I can really afford if I'm on a budget!

Beautiful arrangements and many positive reviews, so I'm hoping the arrangement will be beautiful for my mom. I was just annoyed at the price of the arrangements on the search page, which went up $10 when clicking on them individually. You should advertise the pictured arrangement at the actual price. If you're picturing deluxe, then show the deluxe price on the search page. Also annoyed, but not surprised, at the $14.99 fee right at the end. That would have been nice to know before the very last step. Because of these reason, I'll be really slow ordering flowers again.
After the flowers were delivered, my mom sent me a picture. The arrangement looked a LOT different from what was pictured online. I picked that arrangement because that's what I wanted. Not something else.
