Not all bouquets were available at the zip code I was sending to and you don't find this out until you're ready to choose a delivery date! Poor. Everything is lost and you have to start over. Frustrating. Also, the delivery charges and tax aren't shown until the last review of the order. Poor. Plus, the flowers were received in a box! I was expecting a florist to put it together. I'm very dissatisfied as the order did not specify it would be sent in a box. Very unhappy as the flowers were being sent to someone who had surgery and had to put the flowers in a vase herself! I also ordered fall colored roses and she received some pink ones? Very unhappy with this order. Have them Please call me. Thank you.

The shopping experience is good, but the field for Address is too short
The coupons/discounts are a little confusing/misleading. I had a discount that saved me ~$11, and then when I left the bouquet sit in my cart I got an e-mail saying I could get free shipping/delivery. What it didn't say was that my original discount no longer applied.
You should also be able to change the delivery zip code after you put an item in your cart.
Recieved cheap and expired chocolates that cost me 10$!

Dissapoithat the arrangement I wanted to send wasn't available in the area. There was no place to be selective in the type of flowers in a specific zip code. Also I had a promotional code. When I entered it, the website stated I didn't have anything in my shopping bag!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
