The various flower leaves were wilted and some look dried out, so the product wasn't what it was supposed to be. The lady wanted it anyways, so it worked out, but I will most likely not order again.

Expensive but did the job
I have ordered flowers three different times from this site and I have been completely saftsfied. I do not think you can find a delivery of flowers at a better price and service. I will continue using them and I have referred my family and friends to them.
Great easy transaction arrived in time
It was good except for the surprise addition of a $14.00 handling and service fee added at Checkout which I did not see referenced anywhere during the ordering process.
I sent the flowers to my daughter-in-law who is in the hospital in another state. She posted a picture of the flowers, which she said were beautiful. The only other comment I have is that the flowers in her picture looked nothing like the picture on the website.

I have not seen the product, so this question should really be asked of the person who received the flowers. She didn't complain to me, so I assume she was pleased with the arrangement.
Also, I think I could have used my credit of $12.19 on this order, but I wasn't sure. It would have been nice if the credit was automatically applied.

Good overall experience. Felt the selection was good and prices were reasonable. The flowers were delivered on time and even though I didn't see them myself, I was told by a family member that they were beautiful.
It would be helpful if the sizes of the teddy bears were listed. Was disappointed in how small the $15 bear was.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
