WORST service ever! They deserve a ZERO rating! Didn't deliver my item as promised, didn't notify me there was a problem. When I called them, was placed on hold for 20 minutes only to have them eventually say "sorry we tried". Our special day was totally ruined by this pathetic company!
My first purchase experience was not good as I had selected a premium arrangement, but the recepient received a very ordinary one. The return and refund was prompt and the service was very quick. I returned after a few months for a special birthday arrangement and loved that they had just what I needed. It was delivered on time and we as loved by my man. But unfortunately, the message I wrote was not completely printed on the card, there was enough place to print the whole thing,but it wasn't and it robbed my special message of its effect because it was printed only half way. And the case was changed for a very ordinary clear one instead of the one I had selected. I hope they don't do this again. Just defeats the whole process of giving flowers

The recipient of the flower arrangement was very pleased.
I ordered a plant but received a floral bouquet. While the bouquet was beautiful, I ordered a green growing plant specifically because this was for a friend who's father passed away. While the flowers are great, there's nothing more depressing than dead flowers after a funeral. I was disappointed I didn't get a green plant, which is what I tried to order.

Roses are old and brown around edges. Not very fresh. I would send a picture if I could. I would like a new batch sent. If not, then a refund for this order.
I sent these flowers to my daughter at work. When I ordered them I chose the arrangement because it had sunflowers in it which is her favorite flower. While she was excited to receive the flowers "just because" from her Mom...I was very disappointed in the arrangement, the colors, no sunflowers, etc.
Had I known that they would look like that I would not have ordered them! I will probably discontinue ordering from this company. I am very dissatisfied with this purchase! They should send a free order because this order was terrible:(

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
