Love the selection and prices. My one complaint was the smaller vase of flowers I selected were cut way too short. The stems didn't reach the bottom of the vase so I had to rearrange the flowers so I could add enough water in order for the flowers to last. Nevertheless, the flowers were beautiful.

Even though the arrangement that I received was nice, it was nothing like the picture of the one that I ordered on line. I really wanted it to look like the one that was on line as it was a purchase for a sympathy flower arrangement for a coworker. In this case it wasn't even similar.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
