Secret handling charges. Just say what they are up front. I almost did not finish order due to the sneaky handling charges added at the end. They were more than half of the order. They Delivered a day early so this company needs some fine tuning. The product was nice to be fair.

Everything was great. I was getting nervous that the flowers were not going to get there on time but they showed up with about 20 min to spare.
My order was not delivered the day that I was told it would be. I had to call customer service several times to get the status of my order. I finally had to have my order shipped directly to me. I will not be using this service ever again in the future.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
