THE FLORAL ARRANGEMENT WAS NOT THAT OF THE PHOTO. I PAY THE MOST EXPENSIVE OF THAT TYPE OF FLORAL ARRANGEMENT, IT DID NOT CONTAIN DECORATIVE STRIP, POOR QUANTITY OF FLOWERS, ETC
The arrangement was nice, not quite what the picture indicated, but nice. What we received was worth what we paid.

Had to call customer service and I was on the phone for over 25 min then when picked up the call was immediately disconnected. Called back and on hold again for 22 min before talked to someone. This is unacceptable wait time.
This is a horrible company and having worked in a small shop years ago I know why. All pictures have all the flowers facing forward so it looks like you get way more than you do and any one who thinks you are going to get anything for $30. Deserves the junk they get. This is just a cheap order taking bunch of junk. You cnt even find things this cheap at a grocery store flower department but as many I fell for it but wont be fooled again, I will in the future find and call a florist in the area myself and then if there is a probem I can go to the source. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE and not the florist fault it is FALSE ADVERTISING.
I'm always very pleased with the bouquets I send through From You Flowers! The most recent was a bouquet and birthday balloon I sent to a friend while I was out of town. To my joy, when I returned home, I had a lovely e-mail from her with a picture of the bouquet attached. Once again, the bouquet is nearly identical with the one advertised on the From You Flowers site. I so appreciate that with From You Flowers, what you order is what you get! I am never disappointed with your company and have come to trust you with my every order. I would no longer use any other flower service.

Hidden charges I'm not. A fan of. When you first look your quoted same day delivery with a prize. Then at check out there's a charge for that then a charge for delivery in 4 hours then a hefty delivery and service charge then tax. So the first $23.99 looks great! Until check out!
