Website is very easy to use when placing order. Bouquet received by Valukas was AWFUL. Looked nothing like the picture- no sunflowers, just a bunch of cheap carnations and lilies with a couple roses thrown in and curling ribbon around the vase. Looked like it came from a grocery store. I contacted customer service and another arrangement from a different florist is being sent tomorrow. I don't know what the other delivery to Emig looked like.
