Website is very easy to use when placing order. Bouquet received by Valukas was AWFUL. Looked nothing like the picture- no sunflowers, just a bunch of cheap carnations and lilies with a couple roses thrown in and curling ribbon around the vase. Looked like it came from a grocery store. I contacted customer service and another arrangement from a different florist is being sent tomorrow. I don't know what the other delivery to Emig looked like.

I'm trying this again. The last time y'all delivered to the wrong person without verifying. Please get this order right.the flowers didn't look Iike the ones on the website. But overall she finally got the flowers. Still don't know where the first order went
