Hidden charges I'm not. A fan of. When you first look your quoted same day delivery with a prize. Then at check out there's a charge for that then a charge for delivery in 4 hours then a hefty delivery and service charge then tax. So the first $23.99 looks great! Until check out!

I was pretty disappointed in the "New Baby Girl" arrangement I ordered for my granddaughter in New Mexico when I saw the picture of what she got. It didn't resemble the picture I ordered from much at all, definitely very few pink flowers. Not sure I would recommend this service now.
1st time using this site. I ordered 2 bouquets. The 1st was supposed to be a fall bouquet, with reds, yellows, and oranges. The photo showed at least 8 or 10 roses with other flowers for filler. My grandma received a small bouquet with 3 roses and purple flowers with greens for filler. It would have cost about $15 for the bouquet she received had I purchased this at a flower store. I paid almost $60. Not worth it. I will say that they dilevered within 2 hours though so dont pay foor the extra delivery. Plus I specifically picked a bouquet with out purple because she didn't like purple. There was purple in the one she received. The 2nd bouquet I ordered was for a friend after the birth of her daughter. I knew she would be home from the hospital late in the day so wanted it to be delivered the next day. Well they delivered it within 2 hours of me ordering it and left it on her porch in 30 degree weather. No idea what that bouquet looked like as she didn't send me a picture. But I hope it was as large as what i had ordered since I paid extra for the upgraded bunch. Overall website was easy to use, but I think I will continue to go the actual flower shop from now and save the extra $30 or $40 per bouquet.
Easy and cheaper than other sites, the shipping cost is what really kills the happy shopping feeling at the end, but I still saved far more in the end.
It should be much easier to swap out flower arrangements without re-entering all of the shipping, payment, and message information each time.
Only other comment: I received an email saying that my product had been delivered, but the recipient did not receive the flowers until over 2 hours after that email. It would be nice if that had timed up better because I was quite worried that the flowers had been sent to the wrong house after the recipient said she had not received them yet!
The bouquet was to be delivered today and it was delivered Fyesterday when the recipient was not home. She was still in the hospital.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
