The flowers were left ouside under the porch in the cold. A garbled message was left on her answering machine about confirming the delivery, but she couldn't make out the phone number. The flowers had no florist information or phone number on them either. Luckily, there was no harm to to flowers. The delivery service was very poor. It is embarassing to have a gift delivered that way!

Please leave a note at the recipient's door when you leave the flowers at the leasing office. We had no idea where the flowers had gone; could have been stolen for all we knew. The recipient was at home at the time, too.

The flowers were the same as in the picture, but not arranged in the balanced and even way like they were pictured. The roses were all clumped in 1 area on the vase, not at all like the photo that sold me on them in the first place. My Mum loved them which is what really counts.

Very quick processing, no hidden surprise charges. Love that you show the different sizes of arrangements too!
Arrangement delivered very fast, but was completely different than what I saw on your website. It was smaller and the flowers were mainly pink and magenta - not lavendar. No lavendar roses, no lavendar lilacs - in fact NO lilacs!

Due to the deadline for delivery I called to place the order. Dana was the name of the woman who took my order and she went way above what I would expect from anyone. While making the order I realized that my credit card had expired so she arranged to call me back at a given time to get a new card #, and she called back exactly on time. She was also very personable, patient and efficient. I will definitely use this florist again.
