$15 bucks for service/handling was not cool at the checkout. It makes your flowers cost the same as every were else at the end. Just be forth coming about the cost up front instead of getting a supersize at check out.

Everything was beautiful, but it would have been better if you waited until the end of the delivery day to send the confirmation email. When the email came, it implied that the flowers should have been delivered and I was concerned that there might have been a problem. Useless worry because flowers came a few hours later.
The flowers were a birthday gift. The recipient sent me pictures of the flowers and the flowers turned out just like the picture online. I am very satisfied with the way everything turned out!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
