The bouquet was for bereavement for a co-workers son who had passed away. She sent a picture of the bouquet to say thank you to our Team, but I was disappointing with how the bouquet turned out. It was not near as full as the one in the picture, and I paid nearly $90 to have a nice floral arrangement sent to her.
Not impressed at all and will never use again or ever recommend to anyone. Waiting to see if I am still charged delivery. If I am not,then that may compensate somewhat for being let down with the delivery that I expected and was led to believe I would get.
Ok so had delivery fee refunded which has gone some way to compensate for the late delivery.

The arrangement was nothing like the picture. I specifically order an arrangement with orchids/bamboo & other flowers that I specifically wanted. What was received was one totally different from the picture.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
