Lightening fast delivery
I thought the delivery was beautiful and timely. The price seemed reasonable in comparison to other online sellers. However, the margin that florists make is alarming as I could have easily recreated the arrangement at the downtown flower market for a much lower price. Still, a good price in comparison to competitors and timely delivery.
The flowers that I received did not look like the flowers in the picture. The pic was all roses. The actual arrangements had carnations in them.:-(

Great and quick options to pay
My order was never delivered although the company indicated it had been delivered. They followed up changed their answer and said their vendor did not have the flowers I ordered. They said that would upgrade the order to an arrangement that was available. They never did, and the way I found out was I was contacted by AX 2 weeks later saying I received a merchant credit. I called my friend, confirmed the flowers were never received. I called the merchant and told them what happened and I still wanted the flowers. They checked and said they wanted my business and said my next order would be "30%" off. I picked an arrangement with the customer service/sales people and got a quote. They gave me 10% off. I questioned their math but the customer service rep. Said I already got a 20% off. What? I asked to speak to a manager. I finally got someone to help me and when I reviewed the situation with him, trying to understand the math, he called me a G.d d.n idiot and hung up. Up to you if you want to do business with these people. Also, good luck finding someone in the USA from this company. I think they are dishonest.
The website is very user friendly with a variety of items to choose from, deliver was on time and the recipient loved the arrangement and the chocolates.

I live in Sweden since the 1980's and appreciate your service, because you give me the possibility so send presents to my parents. Many other American companies don't give foreign residents the possibily to order merchandise online with a foreign address. I would suggest that you expand your sortiment of presents, even other presents than flowers, so that those of us who live far from home can easily celebrate birthdays and Christmas with our loved ones.
Flowers were much less abundant compared tot the picture.
