The person I sent the flowers was very happy with them but they were not nearly as nice as the pictures of them. Please note I selected and paid for the upgraded set (middle of the road). DId I have to buy the most expensive set to get what was pictured? Bait & switch then tacking on a hidden service fee. Not happy

Ordered 1st thing in morn. Got there early afternoon. Sent as anniversary plant was beautiful! Only complaint ordered balloon with & box of chocolate & they did not it together( would have liked balloon tied to basket). Delivery guy made 2 trips almost forgot to give balloon & chocolates. Other then that was satisfied & would order again & refer to others. Although I would forearm that even though prices are low there is $ 14.99 handling fee that is not included in price you see on website until you check out which I did online. Process of checking out was easy & convenient since I put my order in 6:30 a.m. for same day delivery which they charged $2.99 which I thought was reasonable! Overall great experience! Thank you!

I was disappointed in the size of the arrangement. I chose the florist choice-deluxe. I was expecting a much bigger arrangement for the price and because deluxe normally indicates something fuller. I was shocked when my mother-in-law sent a picture.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
