Bought some flowers to send to someone in need, were delivered the next day by 8:45am. It hold be nice if there were some cheaper flower bouquets because with shipping it can start to add up. But overall, good service.

The delivery person called my niece and ruined the SURPRISE flowers I paid almost $50 for. I'm assuming most of it was for same day delivery considering it was a $19.99 bouquet.

I ordered flowers for same day delivery and I have to say I am extremely disappointed and so embarrassed. I understand that the image shown online is a deluxe arrangement, however, the arrangement that my friend received is not even an "ARRANGEMENT". I could go to the grocery store and buy and 12$ bouquet and throw it in a vase just like that. I mean are we really charging near $50 for a grocery store style bouquet of flowers. There is no organization, no thought, or professionalism in this bouquet. Just extremely disappointed and embarrassed! I honestly regret getting flowers and wish I got edible arrangements. So embarrassed.
The 14.99 charge is very high. I could have gotten them for much less locally if I had the extra time

The products in the photo were more high quality than the products that came in the basket. I feel that the price I paid is not worth it. If the products were of higher quality than this would not be an issue.

Very disappointed with the delivered product. I ordered a gerbera daisy item, total cost including delivery approximately $70. I understand that sometimes flowers will need to be substituted which I can understand in a mixed bouquet but in a single flower type arrangement, chosen for a specific reason, the customer should at least be contacted for approval. OR it should not be available on the website if the florists are unable to deliver said product. The arrangement consisted mostly of roses, miscellaneous colors, and three daisies. Disappointing especially because the buying process was so easy and the selection is very large but if you are unable to provide what you advertise, in the end selection and ease don't matter.
I ordered some flowers and had them sent to my mother for her birthday. The flowers I had ordered were very pretty in the picture but when she received the flowers they looked nothing like the picture. The only thing that it had from the picture was the roses. I ordered from you flowers in past and never had a problem. But I did this time I was very dissatisfied this time. They gave me a ten dollar certificate for a future purchase.
Maybe add the service/ handling fee to the cost of the flowers. Someone usually has a budget of what they want to pay and then you add $11 at check out. Its kind of irritating!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
