We bought this gift basket for family members in Alabama who just moved into their newly purchased home. They loved it and that made us happy! It offered a nice variety of goodies at a great price.

I am very upset because the gift itself was not what was pictured at all. I spent $70 plus dollars on a gift basket that was advertised to include a variety of name brand (frito-lay) chips, as well as an assortment of other name brand candy and snacks. What was shown were Lays, Hersheys, Twizzlers, Dorritos, Skittles, M&M's etc. When the gift was received, all the items were completley different! Nothing was name brand, it was all generic snacks including generic bbq chips, pretzels, peanut butter candy bar, cookies, etc.
Because this was made false to the customer, I kindly request a refund at least for the items within the basket not being what I paid for. It's hard enough to be away from your loved ones but then to send gifts that are not what are advertised is even more upsetting. Thank you for your understanding and consideration in advance.

Advertisement shows "Happy Birthday" sign but the actual arrangement didn't have this. Otherwise the flowers were beautiful and very much appreciated!
