Its been a couple times i have shopped with you all and i love the options and prices. But this time was not as pleasingly as the other times. Flowers were lost for over couple hours. Recieved email stating they were delivery and they weren't. Called and no one was able to tell me what happened or why. Flowers got there 2 hours later. That was very unpleasantly.
I purchased this gift basket for my dad since he just had a major leg surgery. He really enjoyed it and I thought it was a nice option instead of traditional flowers.

I ordered a lovely fall arrangement with sunflowers among other flowers. I got a phone call saying none of the florists in the area had sunflowers. A substitution was made using roses but it just wasn't the same. I was disappointed when the recipient sent me the picture of the flowers.
My sister, the recipient, just called me and said the dish garden is beautiful. She is very happy with my gift; therefore, I am also pleased and happy. Don't do it! Don't risk important flower delivery with this group. I did, i saved $20, but by the time the droopy flowers arrived 4 hours late--i paid extra for early delivery-HA-the wake was almost over. I AM SO UPSET! Talked to customer service "we so sorry" what can i do? Screwed, embarrassed and crying i sit and still out $100 for funeral arrangement. Buyer---BEWARE
Terrible! I'll never order from this place again. The delivery was late, the flower bouquet was smaller than I thought, the hand writing on the card was terrible, and the service was overpriced.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
