What you delivered was not what I ordered and not delivered by 5 PM. Delivered after 10 PM after I called the hotel. The arrangement was pretty, but again it was not what I ordered.

I ordered 100$ bouquet and a bear to be delivered next day before 12 pm. I paid the same day charge, and the expedited shipping fee. When 12 pm rolled around, and my order still hadn't been delivered I called, and was told the information on my end had to be confirmed before they could send it out. NO ONE CALLED TO VERIFY ANYTHING WITH ME. They refunded me the shipping fees, and told me it would still be there before 5pm today. I checked the status a few minutes ago, and it said item will go out on monday. IT'S SATURDAY. I needed the flowers delivered today. Will never do business with this company, and will never refer them to anyone. Very terrible service.

The delivery of the flowers ended in success even though one had to be replaced. Your company took action to replace it and have it delivered before the morning wedding!
