Same day delivery is excellent.
The flowers were just as pictured and the pumpkin container was even better than the picture! My mom loved it all!
My flowers arrived on time and nicely wrapped, however they arrived browned around the top and 13 of them were wilted. When I called in and asked to be sent new flowers, I was told they couldn't redeliver flowers by the time I needed. Ordered 2 dozen pink roses for a baby shower I was hosting and I had to cut the rims of them in an attempt to salvage what I could. We were able to use maybe 10 of them and the rest were so wilted and brown I was embarrassed to display them. The customer rep offered me 30% back. While I appreciate 30%, that does not cover "satisfaction guaranteed" I understand mistakes happen but I would have been appreciative of a new arrangement more than anything and at the least a full refund for the work I had to do to salvage the flowers that were worth saving. First time buyer from this site and I will not be back simply because more was not offered to fix my issue. I am a customer experience manager and I know if this were one of my customer, I would have done more to ensure they had a great experience. Mistakes are inevitable, fixing mistakes is were you can truly see how good a company is!

Was happy with the flower discount until I saw the $14.99 service fee. Yikes. I paid the additional $2.99 to deliver today, hopefully it does get there today. Tx. Also had an issue where I received an email that the flowers were delivered the same day as requested, but they actually were not. I had to follow up that night at 630 w your call center. And then I was told by your rep Monique that she would call me at 10 am on Saturday after she spoke to the florist, but since I didn't hear from her I initiated a call st 1030. I was told the florist couldn't deliver the flowers that same day, but it would not have been because my mom, the recipient wasn't home. She was. They delivered by noon and the flowers were nice but not delivered same day as your website advertised. I asked for the 2.99 same day fee to b refunded which I was told would b. I am waiting to confirm that.

The recipients name was spelled wrong, and after adding the time frame of "any time after 12PM on Sunday", the flowers were delivered at 11am

She got a Halloween ribbon on her flowers which were suppose to be for her 80th birthday. This was embarassing as my family was there and I could not be.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
