The website said it would cost $23 to send balloons. After a half hour of getting everything set up, on the very last screen, I discover that the actual cost would be $42.33. Way over priced, and dishonest that they don't give the accurate price up front.

A problem, the flowers were not delivered on the day I specified. They were delivered two days before and left outside in 30 degree weather in Ohio. I specified the delivery date because I knew the recipient would not be home until Nov. 12. So I am suspecting they froze or were frostbitten. The recipient was very gracious and told me "don't worry" but I am not happy. Reba Davis

The product that I received was not worth the price I paid for. My red roses where not pretty at all some where damage and I only had 5 of them when the picture showed 8, I was under yhe impression it would habe been 12 roses all together. I also did not like that both order not done with the same company and they got delivered at different times. I am very unhappy and I will not be using yall again! I will take mu money else where!

I ordered a balloon bouquet to be sent to a hospital. It was delivered early, and from first hand account from the recipient and 2 others, was very nice. (I have not seen them, as it is in a different state.) I am very pleased.
Customer service line needs a little work. I felt like they folks on the customer service line didn't care much-- not dissimilar from dealing with verizon...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
