Your advertising is incredibly misleading. It's one thing to advertise 19.99 flower pricing and then give the option for other prices; it's another to sneak in a $15 service fee right at the end. If I wasn't several states away and had more time, I'd absolutely chosen differently. Your flowers are BEAUTIFUL, but your advertising is inappropriate.

I was somewhat disappointed at the price for one of the bouquets I really wanted. I ended up settling for something else.
I was really disappointed to see on one side of the arrangement the flowers were all smashed. Especially 2 of the small roses. They were not just smashed, they were flat as a pancake. I have always had such a good experience before this.
