I don't order flowers often online so I'm not sure if I'm being too critical. I thought the flowers I bought would look like the picture, (kinda like the fast food restaurant commercials... but your burger never looks like that), but the lilies weren't even opened? If this is normal than I apologize for my sarcasm. The receiver was very satisfied and happy, but I think that may be more because someone thought if her and what she is going through. I guess I would be more objective if I were the reveiver. She did tell me that the overall care of delivery was great! :)

It was confusing entering the place I want to have the flowers delivered versus my own address. I received a confirmation from the delivery service that the flowers were delivered to the receipient. I have not heard directly from her yet.

I ordered flowers for a funeral and we ended up going to the funeral. I was a little unhappy with the size of the arrangement when I did pick the more expensive arrange which should have included more flowers but it did not seem that much bigger then the original arrangement that first pops up on the screen. I will order from them again, but this time I got to see the flowers I ordered and was disappointed. This was for a funeral and I needed them to be more then they were. SAD :(

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
