We ordered the deluxe blue skies bouquet. There are no blue flowers in it, a few sprigs of purple, cream roses instead of yellow and one stalk of lilies instead of at least 3 and none open. It is bare and scrawny and far from deluxe for over $60. My friend was just diagnosed with serious cancer and this was not at all what we wanted to be sent to her. If the appropriate flowers weren't available we should have been given another option. Or if the vase had been jammed full of something gorgeous - actually we wouldn't have cared. Just so it was as pretty as the picture. Very disappointing. And don't think we received the 20% discount either. So at this point we request a refund.

From the picture I received from the recipient the delivered flowers were no where near what was ordered.
And why were they sent UPS?

The flowers were gorgeous and the mylar balloon with "Get well soon" added a special touch. I ordered the middle priced one and it was very full and had lots of flowers. Thank you. My receipent sent me a picture and I was so glad. I will definitely use you again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
