Easy to find and order what I wanted
Unfortunately there was a mistake made by the florist and a vase of cut flowers was delivered to my friend instead of the premium dish garden I had ordered. After a couple of phone calls it was resolved and today the correct order was delivered to my friend.
Someone called recipient to determine when to deliver. Recipient was doing wake & funeral, so call was very important & helpful
They arrived on time, but were nothing like what was pictured. I feel like it was a real bait and switch. I paid for the deluxe bouquet and basically got lots of greenery and baby's breath. This was my first and last order with the company. So disappointing!
This is my second order and I do love their products and service. My second order I placed on the 10th to be delivered on the 19th, actually got delivered the next day on the 11th so not so happy with a early delivery but it turned out ok. Then I got a message from recipient that their was another delivery on the 18th but the resident wasnt at home and left a message and those flowers were taken back. Somewhere along the line it wasnt noted that the flowers were sent out earlier.
Prompt delivery best bang for your buck. The arrangement was beautiful! And the delivery guy was very courteous

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
