Great selection and beautiful flowers, arrived on time and when requested. Don't like that there is a minimum of $39.99 because by the time finished with all the extra costs, flowers cost close to double the price. Will use service again when necessary because there is no local florist in my community but do wish I were able to choose some of the cheaper options of arrangements to have delivered.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
