The delivery charges are too much!
I got an email stating they had been unable to deliver 'same day' but would be refunding that cost and would deliver the next day. The arrangement was not in the same container as in the picture but I actually think it's prettier.
Very convenient but a little pricey. Excellent delivery service!
I was owed a $12 credit, but couldn't apply it using PayPal. I hoped to get the bouquet featuring sunflowers, but star mums were substituted. I realize that happens and the bouquet is lovely and appreciated.

Do not order from FromYouFlowers. I paid for an expedited delivery in under 4 hours and it was not delivered in the 4 hours as promised. The recipient was leaving before a holiday weekend and wouldn't be back for 5 days. I also paid for an upgraded arrangement and it had less flowers than the picture of the lower priced arrangement. You do NOT get what is pictured and you do NOT get what you paid for. Stay away from this company. Order from a local florist and save yourself the embarrassment of sending a subpar arrangement.
Am very disappointed that the flower arrangement (Vibrant Fall Bouquet) that I ordered - at least for one of the recipients did not look anything like what was pictured. In fact, there were no Gerbera daisys, no Red Alstroemeria or Green Button Poms and the orange roses seemed to be too opened and will not last past tomorrow. There were carnations in the arrangement that was received. I also ordered the deluxe version and it looks rather pitiful in the photos that were sent to me.
I have yet to see the other arrangement sent but will be asking for a photo to be sent to me.

My order was not sent on the day requested for delivery. It was sent a day early. It would not be a big deal, except that the day selected had significance for both the receiver and the sender.
The basket seemed too small to hold the fruit. When the plastic wrap was taken off, the fruit had tons of scotch tape around it multiple times, holding in the fruit. The appearance was bad and the tape had to be removed to even see the fruit.
Really impressed with service. Delivery arrived at hospital room within three hours of order. Even with patient making room change!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
