Could not apply my credit of $12.03. Plus since I purchased both items on American Airlines Shopping webpage, they gave me only credit for the fresh fruit basket and not the other item... I needed both items posted to receive bonus air miles, and without the second item, I do not qualify. I am unhappy with this result! My credit card was charged for both items, and it should have been reflected as a full order, not one half of my order. Please respond and reply, or correct the record on American Airlines immediately!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
