Amazing! We used to strictly order from 1-800 flowers but since the mix up on mother's day and my MIL not getting what I ordered, I have decided to try someone new! VERY IMPRESSED! Thank you! The flowers were beautiful and my MIL was happy!
In general, my experience was good. However, I received a notification that my flowers were delivered and they hadn't been. They weren't actually delivered until about 20-30 minutes after the notification had been sent. By then I had already contacted customer service about it. The flowers were lovely, I just would have liked a more accurate communication system.

The company used for this delivery sent advertising for a cleaning company along with the flowers. I am very upset. I called them on the phone and he said his driver has a side business cleaning house. He asked me what did i want out of this..."cause obviously you want something "...I am so upset. :(

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
