The bouquet was lovely but it looked a lot better in the picture online so that was misleading. Also when trying to check status there was not an option to speak with a live person.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
