Very quick and thorough!
I don't like hidden cost. Picked a product but was told I had to pick a more expensive one for delivery to where it was going. Then at checkout I thought I was paying 2.99 to have it there the next day but the cost came up as 4.99 plus a 14.99 handling. I originally thought I was spending going to be spending 24.00 and ended up spending over 50. It is a good thing the delivered product was a quality product, or I would be very upset. Still will probably call a local florist next time.
Purchase was over $80 later found same arrangement fuller and better looking for $30 FROM a local florist.
Very disappointed in how small this arrangement was and quality of flowers. Was embarrassed to say it was from me. I may have spent the most out of 6 siblings and this was the smallest and not so pretty flower. Looks like it was made from front yard. Looked like pine needles stuck on foam tree form. No decor,ribbons, teddy bear or ornaments on it. Very sad and feel cheated! I am not happy at all! I hope I receive a refund for loss time.

This was my first order, and I'm very pleased. I ordered a poinsettia for my parents around noon, and they received it around 2:30 and say it's gorgeous.

Fast and easy. However, I was notified the morning when delivery was expected that my order would be delayed by two days, and had to cancel my order. Later in the day the order arrived. This kind of confusion should be avoided in the future.
I wish it was clear that there is a $15 handling fee before an order is ready to be placed. I understand the cost, but the deception annoys me. Otherwise I'm pleased with my ordering experience.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
