The ordering process was easy, however the actual product was unacceptable! I ordered a small arrangement to be placed on a restaurant dining table. The vase was too big for the number of flowers it contained making the arrangement look skimpy and cheap and the irises were half dead. I was embarrassed to have given them. I would never recommend this florist!
The teddy bear and the card were really small for the price 0f 77$. I think o was overcharged and plus she only recieved four chocolates in the box when it clearly said that it will come with 10 chocolates. I thought the card was much bigger they also only sent her four balloons

The order was easy to place. The individual that received the flowers said they were beautiful. The only thing that was a concern is that they did not arrive the day that I ordered them like the sire said. The flowers were delivered the next day, which is ok because it was still the weekend.

The shipping and delivery are too high.
The wrong item was delivered to my mom who is in the hospital. When I called to let customer service know, the agent offered to replace the wrong item with the correct one the following day. I didn't want to confuse my mom by having her gift taken and replaced with something else. I was offered a 20% refund and a $20 gift certificate. Having paid over $60 for a poinsettia I assumed 20% would be at least $12. To my surprise, it was only $5.60. Not very much, considering the wrong item was delivered. Overall, my experience was quite disappointing.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
