I gave a low rating because they sent me an email asking if I receive my flowers and then said if you don't receive them in 24 to 48 hours then contact the website but my anniversary was today but I did get the flowers but that angered me

It was NOT a Christmas tree. It's an arraignment. I ordered a Christmas tree with a bear. I am very unhappy I hate this... this happens every time I order anything and I'm sick of it. I want this resolved correctly.
This is the second time I've ordered flowers. The best prices. I like that local florists deliver fresh flowers -- it is so much better than ordering from someplace like Amazon where the flowers arrive in unknown shape. So far, no problems, although the florist did not report the flowers as delivered until a day later.
I ordered the Oh Christmas Tree to be delivered on 12/11. It was delivered on 12/4 the same day I ordered it and it was nothing like the picture. Very disappointed in it.
The floral arrangement that was received did not even look similar to the one I ordered online. I understand that perhaps the flowers are seasonal and therefore unavailable, or not available in all parts of the country, but that should be clearly stated. Also, the arrangement did not look nearly as "full" as it did in the picture. The recipient loved it and said how beautiful it was. It was lovely, but not what I had envisioned based on the online pictures.
