Efficient order process. I was notified of product delivery in a different state from my residence. The recipient was pleased so I was pleased for an overall rating of excellent. The only negative aspect: the cost of a quality poinsettia at a local merchant, max $5.00 - $10.00. The florist charged $27.00 plus delivery and fees of $15.00, thank you very much! That said, fromyouflowers was the most reasonable.

I ordered 4 different flower arrangements for Christmas. The arrangement left at the 118th Ave location was left on the front porch in the freezing cold. No phone call. The bouquet was completely wilted. The quality of the flowers picked for this arrangement was poor quality, smashed and nothing more than what would be found at a grocery store cheap bouquet. The flowers weren't even full enough to fill the vase bought with this bouquet (even it the flowers were in good condition). Of the other arrangements, the rose bouquet was lovely. The other 2 Christmas arrangements were absolutely nothing like the picture chosen. Very disappointed.
I wanted to add a balloon after I chose the flowers and there wasn't a way to go back.

Not happy with the presentation.
I sent this to my mom. She thought it was unusual that the candle were 2 different heights. I double checked the picture and there is a little difference but not like my mom described. She said probably 1/3 shorter? Either the picture needs to be more exact or the florist needs to have better directions? Other wise my mom said it was beautiful and she loved the surprise!
