Item not at all what was pictured - ordered the be happy bouquet which was supposed to have a happy face cup and be yellow and white - came in a plain yellow cup (no happy face) with orange roses? Which totally threw it off - even red would have looked better - not impressed...

These flowers were purchased for a friend who is going thru cancer treatments. She lives 8 hours away and I thought using your service would be a great easy way to surprise her. For $2.99 additional cost the flowers were tp arrive same day, they came the day after. I upgraded to the highest quality offered and paid over $70.00 wanting to surprise her in a big way. When she posted a Facebook picture of the flowers, I was upset. The flowers could have been purchase at a grocery store or Walmart and been prettier and a 1/3 of the price. The flowers received did not look like the picture shown on the website. Very deceiving. It had maybe five flowers total in it. Usually, I give great reviews but the quality, timeliness, and pricing does not deserve a good review.

About 2:00 pm the next day. Called customer service to check on order and could understand what they were saying. Next time that I order flowers I will deal directly with the florist.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
