Very disappointed. Picture shows 5 beautiful red roses and two lillies. I received 2 Lilllies and 3 roses. Very small bouquet.

Very pretty flowers but indeed disappointed that the picture very clearly shows 5 roses and my bouquet only included 3.

Will not return.

I definitely like the choice of having a local florist, over something arrives in a box, that the receiving person then has to un-box, un-wrap- and assemble their own bouquet of flowers. I ordered one with each option. I'm hoping the option for local florist will remain a part of this company service, because that is the only way I will order flowers again.

The recipient sent me a picture of the flower arrangement. Comparing to what the photo looked like that was chosen I was very disappointed. Half of the flowers were wilted and there was a great deal of greenery versus flowers.

I didn't get the feeling I was being bamboozled with various charges. Another company offered flowers but you must add charges for vase, and shipping / handling. Seriously, this is Holdenville, OK! Not New York City!

I am still miffed about paying a shipping/handling fee in a city such as Holdenville.
