This delivery was fine as it is a gated condo building with a doorman. However, when I send flowers to my parents in Albany, NY the florist delivery person just leaves them at front door and I have to call my folks to let them know they have arrived. The flowers are always lovely, but the fact that they don't give them personally to a human being to insure receipt is annoying.
This was a hideous experience if I could give NO stars I would! I canceled this order and it was put thru anyway, how an order for $25.00 ends up being almost $50.00 is beyond me. I rarely complain about ordering however this was a complete disaster and I truely feel that I was ripped off never will I trust this company again and have informed everyone I know if this and why.
Delivered on the same day and ordered and I'm told by the recipient that they are beautiful.
