Website had a lot of issues not loading, after everything was done, went to a screen that didn't load correct, had to do the order 4 times. I also would like the follow up to make sure I receive the FREE shipping for life that was promised for placing this order.
Flowers were average quality. Delivery agent left box in sun on front step of home. The package couldn't have been in the sun more than 45 minutes but it did have a visible effect on the flower quality.

We live in the UK and wanted a local florist to our son and his wife in Houston. The website was easy to navigate, and we quickly found what we wanted. I didn't inform my son beforehand, so the delivery was a huge surprise. Our son forwarded a photo of the basket of plants which was more significant than we had envisioned from the website images. That was unexpected, and we will definitely use fromyouflowers.com again. Knowing we can order beautiful flowers or plants for our son and his wife in the morning, and get them delivered in the afternoon bridges the many miles between us! The delivery driver for my order was great! I missed the call and there is a gate in front of the residence that was blocking him for going in. I am so grateful and thankful that he called and waited a couple of minutes to deliver my order. It was a surprise for my friend and it worked out greatly. Thank you so much to him!
Received an email at 7:30pm saying the order had been delivered. However, my mother said she didn't receive it until around 10pm, which is pretty ridiculous.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
