I haven't actually seen the arrangement, it was sent to a friend. But I was very impressed with everything so far.
Was very disappointed that after spending time to purchase arrangements for 3 different people with an original total of 106.00 that when I hit complete order the total now includes 14.99 shipping and handling which was not mentioned before. It's like they know that after you have invested your time choosing just the perfect gift and entering all of the information you will just go ahead and pay the extra fee just to be done. Very misleading.
Everything was great, but they delivered them a day too early. Not a terrible thing but I did want her to receive them on her bday. The flowers were gorgeous!
