The only issue that came up was that there was a hold on the order due to verification needed before processing the order. However, the support not only helped resolve the issue, but also being a request for same day delivery, the package still made it out on time and made for a great impact on the birthday!
I had ordered these flowers for my granddaughter who lives in another state than mine. She just took a new job which was a big promotion. She reported that the delivery person was very careful to make sure she was the correct recipient by knocking on her door & waiting down the hall for her to answer and double check - really appreciate that extra care to assure the delivery was correct and adhering to social distancing in these days of COVID-19. Additionally, the arrangement was lovely and very much appreciated! Thanks for great service.
The flowers looked just like the picture and were delivered before noon the day after purchasing. Great service, great price.
Between my husband and I, we have used From You Flowers at least 5 X. The first two times the flowers we're beautiful and the person got exactly what we paid for. The third time, we did not get what we pay for even though we got the most expensive flower package. Recently, I ordered balloons. On the picture, it looks like some type of balloon bouquet but when my sister sent me a picture of what she actually got oh, it was nothing more than five random balloons on a string. I would never pay that much for just five random balloons on a string I am very disappointed that no matter what I pay for, I never know what is actually going to be sent. I was please the first two times, sadly, the last few times I have not gotten what I paid for and I just can't take that chance anymore.

I am answering this survey previous to acknowledge if the flowers arrived to the recipient, this sounds extrange but I had because te message you sent me today was confusing: links, (1) You received your order, (2) You did not received the order, (3)You cancelled the order, don“t answer!

The website use was great. Very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The customer service was professional, helpful and no complaints. My issue when calling is directed towards the flowers - which is directed at the florist. From You Flowers was willing to give me 25% refund and a $10 credit/gift certificate. I declined the 25% refund because the recipient was happy and unaware the flowers were not what I expected. The very professional representative politely adjusted the $10 gift card to $20 gift card since I did not want a refund. I do not plan on using the gift card, as this may be the last time I use a service like this. I will instead call directly to a florist to ensure I get what I am paying for. The issue: I paid for the premium option. The arrangement DID NOT look like a premium - there was A LOT of greenery and no roses in the arrangement. The colors and flowers were different. I understand there will be and are substitutions. I have ordered flowers plenty of times to know this. However, when I pay for roses to be included, I do not expect the arrangement not to have roses at all - nor do I expect the roses to be substituted for cheap carnations. This has been an ongoing issue I have noticed with any online floral service. However, two times prior, I have called a florist directly and received exactly what I have wanted. From You Flowers falls into the same category as the other delivery service. I am not getting what I paid for.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
