I ordered from this place because they promised same day delivery. I ordered at 6:00 a.m. and when I checked at 7:00 p.m., my gift had not been delivered. And then, I get an email that says it won't be delivered for FIVE MORE DAYS. When I called, they said the same thing and it was because they had "a lot of orders." Um, yes, that's because you lie and say you can deliver when you can't. It also tells me that everyone else's order is more important than mine. And this impacts my business. This is an important time-sensitive gift. I will NEVER use fromyouflowers.com again. EVER.
Your site never exlplains how the price becomes inflated, nor how the discount never manages to reduce the price. I should be the one to upgrade my order to a higher product, not your site's program. You are adequate for a last minute floral need, but otherwise, I will recommend friends shop elsewhere.
The flowers arrived in perfect time. The only complaint are the roses and babies breath were not properly attached and do not reach water. Overall, the arrangement is beautiful.

There was 1 arrangement out of the 3 that I ordered that didn't seem to have as many flowers like I had requested. I paid the maximum amount for all 3 arrangements to have the fullest amount of flowers. Otherwise I was satisfied.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
