I ordered an arrangement that was supposed to look like a Christmas Tree and it did not. It looked like a bowl of greenery with flowers and bulbs stuck in it. I live in Ohio and my sister lives in Florida, so not sure what florist took care of making the arrangement. Doubtful I will order from this company again.

I was told that the flowers were very lovely.

On two separate occasions I ordered flowers - the first was to be delivered on 12/1 and was delivered on 11/27 and the second order was supposed to be delivered on 12/21 and was delivered on 12/20. I don't know what is so hard about delivering the flowers on the exact date specified. Since both of these orders were delivered on the wrong days - the surprises were ruined.
Everything everyone is saying is true. Ridiculous prices. They left the arrangement on the door step and never rang the bell. It wasn't found until late that evening. The arrangement itself was nice, but the service, price and communication were terrible. To top it off, they sent me a year subscription to Food and Wine magazine that I then had to track down where/how I received it and have it cancelled. I guess that is why prices are so high; a yearly subscription is $30.00! Avoid this company!

Would like to get a verification as to when the flowers were delivered- I always send these as gifts - pls use my e-mail address to respond
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
