Flowers arrived in good condition. The price was higher than anticipated, but they did arrive to the location quickly
I was hoping for a finished product which would be more-replicated to the product picture on internet. I really feel the price was way more than what was delivered and am disappointed in my purchase as it was no where close to the attractive picture displayed on the internet. My previous purchase was a funeral spray using the most beautiful red roses - I was so happy with it and that is why I ordered from you again. Your website is easy to use and it is an easy way to order flowers.

Beautiful plant was received. The flowers and plants provide by this company are the best I have seen yet!
I was frustrated that the floral arrangement was not what I picked out. It was all roses, and I definitely wouldn't typically send all roses to my brother in law. I purposely chose the arrangement because my sister has allergies to some flowers. When the arrangement was late by an hour, the florist sent along a teddy bear and chocolate. My brother in law had intestinal surgery, so his diet is restricted. What's more, he definitely is NOT a teddy bear type of individual. I wish I'd been contacted about the flower issues so that I could select something different.

When you put a price on here it should be with your handling price included then there are no surpizes when you get to the finish order part of the order

The recipient says the first incorret order was very pretty with beautiful roses, but when they picked up the incorrect one and delivered the correct one she was blown away...beautiful

I am very satisfied with my order. The lady that I sent these flowers to was so happy! She said they were so beautiful & it made her cry.
The flowers and the bear were very different from the ones that I ordered. I spent a lot of time browsing the website to find something suitable for a friend who is very sick. Wanted bright and special flowers and not the common roses but the final product was a little far too different from what I chose.
Though I didn't see the flowers, my mother said they are beautiful and she loves them!
Shipping and Handling is way too expensive
I ordered an arrangement that was supposed to look like a Christmas Tree and it did not. It looked like a bowl of greenery with flowers and bulbs stuck in it. I live in Ohio and my sister lives in Florida, so not sure what florist took care of making the arrangement. Doubtful I will order from this company again.

Couldn't use amazon gift card. Very frustrating, called customer service...more frustration, completely useless.
Upgrading to deluxe did nothing. My aunt send me a picture of the arrangement, it was small and look nothing like the picture that I saw online that are used to purchase my choice
