I sent two different Christmas tree arrangements and both recipients loved their arrangement. I haven't seen them,yet, but if they are happy, I am happy.
Best selection and best prices of Christmas centerpieces on the net - EXCEPT - even after paying full delivery price and full service charge, the flowers in the centerpieces were still shorted, as was the size. The arrangements delivered only slightly resembled the picture making pictures pretty useless when selecting. The arrangement ordered for Alabama had the hurricane candle as ordered but not the fancy one shown; the arrangement for Florida did not have a hurricane candle at all. Alabama had appropriate ribbon, the Florida arrangement had dollarstore ribbon that was more suitable for wrapping a juvenile present under the tree instead of a Christmas centerpiece for a dining table. The arrangement that went to California must have been really bad - no phone call at all on that one. All in all, what I would consider overly stingy arrangements were delivered for a large arrangement and full delivery price. I've had it with florists who think they should discount the arrangement to cover the customer discount instead of considering their presentation as an opening bid for future business - which is what it is. I'm not upset at SendFlowers, I'm upset at the chintzy florists who accept the order and then cheat customers.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
