There was a BAD experience this time. I requested same day delivery and paid for it. I received an email stating my order had been delivered. NOT! I called, fromyouflowers.com's customer service #. Spoke to someone I could barely understand who stated the florist did not receive the complete order. Offered me a 10% discount and $15 coupon for my next (haha) order. 1. Never promise what you cannot deliver (my address/information was correct). 2. Never send an email saying the product has been delivered when it has not! 3. Get people that can be understood to staff your customer support lines. I will think twice before using this service again.
I have always been pleased with my purchases from your company. I had these flowers sent to my mother for Christmas so I did not see them for myself. She said the carnations were very nice but the boughs that were in it were not that good. As I said I did not see it for myself as I don't close enough.
