If the quality is good I will use again. However, I was trying to order two items but site would delete first item each time I tried.
So from a comparison on the website to what I bout for $62 did not look good at all. Really disappointed. I'm not sure if I will order much more from here in the future. HOWEVER, my very first order was great but this last one was just bad.
Everything was perfect except I hated being "surprised" with a $14.99 service/handling charge, which was more than $12.31 credit I used. It just stung -- there's no other way around it or a better way that I could describe it. I felt liked I got "beat".
Loved the selection and discount. Would like to see free shipping as an option or cheaper handling charge.

_Delivery was not made on time and I had to follow up by emails d customer service, florist used confirmed deliver, but had not until the following day. NOT GOOD BUSINESS.

My family sent me a picture of it and is not like in the picture I ordered from you. Not a single Rose, Lyly or even a ribbon

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
